It is easy to use and packed by advance functions like container tasks (WBS), interactive chart, interactive whiteboard and built in group chat. We previously used Pivotal Tracker since it's an agile tool and agile is great for startups. Now we've switched to Planbox (free for small teams, easier) and it's really great. I used to use it back in 2005 until it got picked up by the news. You'd call a number in Idaho or something (for free when Skype used to make US calls for free) and then it would route you outwards.
