Today, a disgruntled user called me up to complain about her recent credit card processing statement. Her business is a coffeeshop with high volume of credit cards used for low amounts per transaction. As a result, she gets slammed on per transaction fees. Guess what happened?

Although the salesperson made it sound as if the lower per transaction fee would apply for everything, it only applied to a small subset of cards used. No wonder she was mad!
