The US Small Business Administration is now offering free courses on a variety of topics through its Small Business Training Network (SBTN).  Each course lasts about 30 minutes and is offered in a variety of mediums including podcasts and videos.  The courses are meant for business owners or prospective owners who wish to learn about SBA programs but also offers general business advice. The courses include finance and accounting, business planning, government contracting, marketing, and even advice on surviving in a slow economy.  For more information click here.
