Robin and Elizabeth Crunk own Advantage Merchant Services, Inc. (AMS, Inc.) formed April 1994, in Houston, Texas. Prior to opening their own business, the Crunks worked for a credit card processing company owned by her father. The Crunks work with Sage Payment Solutions, National Processing Company and Mercury Payment Systems to better serve our clients needs.
Elizabeth is the founder of HARVA(Houston Area Restaurant Vendors Association). HARVA is an association of restaurant vendors that specialize in the restaurant, bar and hotel business. HARVA was created out of a need for merchants to have access to vendors that are reliable and experienced in the industry. Members are held to a higher level of service due to the close referral relationships we have with each other.
The Crunks represented First Net/First USA Paymentech from 1991 to 1997 when they joined Sage Payment Solutions (formerly NetOne Payment Services/Network 1 Financial). Based in McLean, Virginia, Sage Payment Solutions was incorporated in 1987 to provide electronic payment solutions. Sage Payment Solutions products includes Bankcard processing, Debitcard processing, and EFT Secure, our Internet Secure Payment solution.
The Crunks joined National Processing Company (NPC), headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, in February 2000. NPC is the second largest provider of merchant credit card processing, supporting over 500,000 merchant locations and representing nearly one out of every five Visa
