The guy is on top of his job. He helps guide the consumer to the right product for their business. He answered every question straight up and made sure I understood what I was getting into. He was very patient helping me to reprogram my terminal. I am looking forward to years of service with CoCard.

Very happy with these guys

Our previous processor made every little problem 10 times as big by not taking care of it and telling an endless string of lies. In contrast, Mark has been very honest and even when I tried to get him to fix a problem that was my own error (by misunderstanding), he was extremely helpful and did what he could right away. AND, we're saving hundreds a year in processing fees! It's rare to see excellent customer service with a low price, but Mark's got it!!

Mark did a great job and was with me all the way. Unfortunately he wasn't able to open an account for me but he was very good to work with through the entire process.

Hm, this company was referred by feefighters.com, not wanting to trust a referral site, but this site seems to have evolved from something different (info site) that was a good site as well. So I got on the phone with Mark, great sounding guy, you can just tell. Now am an applicant, will submit a full review after the process, now so far so good! My rating at this point is based on quality of communication, believability and how concise the information was given over.

Mark was able to get the entire process done in just a few days. We were a little hesitant to change at first because we hadn’t done this process before, but it was smooth. We had a bunch of questions about getting set up properly and Mark was able to answer all of them.

I am extremely satisfied with CoCard Austin. They're easy to get a hold of, and are willing to help with anything. They helped me program my own credit card machine, which saved me the cost of sending it to them. And their rates were so much lower than our previous processor because they didn't slip in hidden fees. We even had a fee go down. CoCard offers Interchange Plus pricing which is really awesome. It makes the bill much more easy to understand. I asked for it with other companies, and the others wouldn't give it to me.

I switched from Sam's Club, they were screwing me over royally, CoCard's bill is half the overall cost, I can say nothing but good things. Very ethical very upfront.

I was ticked off with my previous processor. These guys have done a nice job and everything has been as represented, when I've had some minor problems I call and it is fixed.

We are a car dealership here in Texas. CoCard Austin has been great. Whatever payments issues we have had in the past they take care of quickly and satisfactorily.
