RUN AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
This company is out of control and run by an overzealous control freak that makes no bones about telling customers how to run their business, takes criticism personally, unreasonably holds customer's funds for petty and inadequate and inaccurate reasons for unbelievably unreasonable amounts of time.
When you vehemently and correctly complain, they will just terminate your account immediately with no allowance given, no double check (second opinion) by other executives, and with no time allowed to make alternative credit card processing arrangements without it significantly affecting your business.
They are still holding over $3,000 of our company’s money and they said they would keep it up to 90 days.
They claim their contract allows these unreasonable and irresponsible acts but god forbid we should terminate their contract early, no telling how much they would reach into our bank account and just take.
We have been in business almost 18 years in North Dallas and any credit card processing company that we have used has never lost a dime due to charge backs to us or other unusual items that we have always historically covered, and in fact have made a whole lot of money from us over the years.
Simply because we did not agree with the business approach suggested by Datalink, when they said "do not do any foreign transactions” on our internet billiard supply business conducted at www.hawleys.com they held our funds and terminated our account.
They need to get real, take a leap into the internet age and get rid of the maniac that is responsible for treating their customers like trash when they would have otherwise made them a lot of money over many years, with zero losses!
I rarely write reviews of companies much less warn people to run away, but in this case I highly DO NOT recommend Datalink Bancard Business Co. due to their reckless and irresponsible behavior with their customers funds and warn others to not do business with these people until they get new more responsible and reasonable management.
