I wasn’t sure the savings would be true, but it was. Lots of times these type of things will say quote you one rate, but end up charging you a lot more. This processor said they would save us 45% per month and they actually did.
Easy to get setup
Getting setup was much easier than I expected. Statements are also much easier to read than my previous merchant account provider. The service to date has been top notch.
Ecommerce and Mobile Available
MerchantFocus really catered to my needs. They set me up with an ecommerce solution as well as mobile payment solution which we have been fairly happy with.
Solid Service
We have been using Electronic Payments for a few years - and found them here on TransFS. They are helpful and knowledgeable when we call to ask questions about our chargebacks or about our bill. We have never had a major problem with them.
