I do not recommend this company at all. In my 26 years as a shop owner,I have never done business a company so poorly run. Their customer service is non existent and their reps are inadequately trained. They disabled my credit card processing without a call to my company and said I would have to buy "their" cc machine to be able to do business. Very unfair and they have lost a customer for good.
I would seek a different company if I were you!

I do not recommend this company to anyone. The sales rep told me that I had 90 days to cancel everything. I did not get a copy until 5 days later. (did not realize this, thought it was in the stack of papers he gave me) and could not cancel a copy of the machine lease agreement because I was told that I only had three days from signing. The machine agreement I was told, was totally separate from the credit card processing and although twice as much as my other machine could not be cancelled. They are obviously totally aware of what they are doing because they had an answer for every complaint I had. Do not sign up to do business with them. You will be very sorry!!!!!
