CLAIM TO GIVE CUSTOMERS SERVICE THEY CAN DEPEND ON BUT TRY CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WILL SEE WHY THEY DON'T. THEY HAVE A RISK DEPARTMENT THAT NEVER CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR NEARLY 30 MINUTES. PERHAPS MOST TROUBLING IS THAT THEY CAN HOLD YOUR MONEY EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PAID BY YOUR CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY WILL HOLD IT UNTIL THEY CONFIRM ALL THE CONTACT INFORMATION YOUR CUSTOMER HAS ON FILE AND IF THEY DON'T HAVE CURRENT INFORMATION ON FILE YOU GET SCREWED OUT OF YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOUR CUSTOMER DOES SO. ALL THIS EVEN AFTER IRN HAS GOTTEN PAID BY YOUR CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL BECAUSE YOU ALREADY HAVE PROVIDED A SERVICE BY THIS TIME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
