I have not completed my setup with Merchant Focus yet, but they have been great! In an industry full of shady operators, I am glad that I found a company that treats people right.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Merchant Focus and our account rep Kristi H. are the best in the business. I have dealt with many merchants and none compare to Merchant Focus for any aspect of service, from amazing pricing to superb support. I went back and forth with Kristi extensively to setup our account because of our complex business and she was always extremely prompt and pleasant to deal with. She accommodated my requests and made working on these issues easy. If you're thinking about going with someone else, don't do it--no one beats Merchant Focus.

Our experience has been great and Kristi our account representative worked with us to implement payments on new website quickly and easily. I highly recommend Merchant Focus and we look forward to a long-term business relationship.

We had some difficulty w/ the underwriter for our merchant account, however Kristi and team were super swift in getting things resolved on our behalf and made most of the process painless. If you're looking for an honest group to work with and appreciate being able to pick up the phone and get a hold of someone who really cares, I'd highly recommend Merchant Focus!

Didn't have much trouble signing up, Authorize.net was setup quickly, and payments are being deposited in a timely manner.

MerchantFocus had a complicated online form that was very difficult to understand. It took a few phone calls to customer service before I understood everything.

We have outside private equity investors and it didn’t seem appropriate for our CEO or CFO to sign a personal guarantee for the company since neither is a majority owner. It took a little extra paperwork, but Merchant Focus was able to set us up to accept cards without a personal guarantee.

I chose Merchant Focus through FeeFighters and was up and running really quickly. No complaints so far.

We are a manufacturer and don’t do much with credit card processing. We previously were using a credit card terminal from verifone and keying in our transactions. Using FeeFighters we figured out that we could save a lot of money by passing in level 3 data using an onling gateway.

I had a few issues with the setup of my account. Stella at FeeFighters sent a quick note to Merchant Focus and we were taken care of in a very professional and respectful manner.

I am very satisfied with the service and honesty of Merchant Focus. The staff is very knowledgeable and even assisted me in the PCI requirements for our Point of Sales System. The rates are fair with no hidden fees. I highly recommend Merchant Focus.
