Blind Payments
National Payment Network is awful. They charge you every time they take out money (which is ok) but then when your loan is paid off early they keep taking money out of your account until you tell them to stop and inform them that your loan is paid off. Then, for you telling them your loan is paid you also get charged $25.00 to cancel the account. So basically, if you do not tell them your loan is over they will continue to take money out of your bank account forever. They are blind as to when a loan is paid off and charge you for doing their job of managing the loan. Tip: instead of paying these idiots, just setup an automatic payment with your lien holder. You will save 25-$30 a year plus the $25 to cancel your account. In my opinion they basically steal from you until you tell them to stop and then on top of that charge you.
