NAB was a little slow getting things moving on their end, and I didn't get the impression that they valued my business all that much.

Aside from that, I can't really say I have any complaints.

Easy setup, no complaints!

I operate two high-end clothing stores and our clientele can be very demanding. If transactions don’t run as smooth as silk, believe me, we’ll hear about it. NAB came in and replaced some older equipment we had with newer equipment and it is very slick. Our customers are happy and so am I. North American Bancard is a company I would recommend highly to any business who would like to accept electronic payments.

North American Bancard helped me streamline the equipment I was previously using, and overall, made the system much quicker and more efficient. It’s easier for me to keep track of things, as I can now oversee transactions at all of my twelve locations in real time. Plus, I saved over $900 in bank card fees in the first month, compared to my previous supplier. Dealing with NAB was really terrific. I am very happy I made the switch, and my staff reports they are saving a lot of time.

Our previous processor had suddenly requested us to have a reserve. When we selected NAB they told us that this wouldn’t be necssary. We were a little hesitant that they would change their mind at the last minute, but they kept their word. We no longer have a reserve.

We have been using NAB for a few months- and found them here on Feefighters. They are helpful and knowledgeable when we call to ask questions about our chargebacks or about our bill. We have never had a major problem with them.

Every time I have called, the people at NAB have been so informative & friendly. You would think their office is in East Texas and they already know you. There are not enough good words to say about Adam. As a business owner for over 30 years, I will rank him at the top of the list for customer service (far above my expectations of anyone you would find on the Internet). Thank you!

I didn't realize there could be such a huge difference with credit card processing companies. I recently discovered I was paying 5% in credit card fees. With NAB I'm saving more than $2,000 a year. The Virtual Terminal is also very easy to use compared to my old system. I have set up recurring payments for students that are paying on a monthly basis.

After we selected Century Payments one of their reps contacted me. They helped me complete the necessary paperwork and within one week we were up and running.

I know we are getting really low rates because the account is priced very competitively. I was worried that the service would be crappy as a result. So far it hasn’t been the case, its not like I Have a lot of problems but the few times I have had to call in my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Century was the cheapest processor in the bids that we received. Because their pricing was so cheap I was a little concerned about their level of service going in, but they were on top of it. Very responsive and they were able to answer all my questions.

I can't say enough about the wonderful services provided by NAB. From day one, their staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend NAB.

Both my processing fees and monthly fees have decreased significantly, plus the money arrives in my account very quickly now. Accounting is much easier too, as fees come in a single charge at the end of each month rather than with each individual batch. I wish I had done this sooner.
