PayLeap has bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable with the equipment and its capabilities and has been one of the most helpful companies that we deal with. In fact, we see them more as a business partner than a service provider. I normally am not one to write testimonials but in this case I believe Matt and Payleap deserves kudos. I am sending this letter to thank you for all of your help and support during our transition from Merchant Services to PayLeap. Too often, we spend all of our time focused on what isn’t going right, and not enough time on what is going right. We’re quick to tell someone when their service is bad, but never take the time to tell them when their service is great.

The changes we’ve made will allow us to place an additional 7,000 to 8,000 on our bottom line this year. I don’t need to tell you how much furniture I would need to sell in order to make the same contribution to my bottom line. It actually hurts when I think of profit that was being stolen during my association with Merchant Services, and it really hurt when I saw how easy it was to make the transition to PayLeap. There truly has been no other change made, in the 3yrs. I’ve been with Whitacre’s that has shown such immediate results.
