What you will need

Card network and banking rules set a floor on what we have to collect. This is the floor, not a wish list.

  • Business identity. Legal name, DBA, address, EIN, and the ownership detail required for know-your-business checks.
  • Owner identity. Government ID for anyone owning 25 percent or more.
  • Bank account. For settlement. Instant verification, or a voided check.
  • One recent statement. Only if you already accept cards. It carries most of the application, and it is the same file the fee audit uses.

Say so below. We prefill most of the application from it: legal name, address, current processor, monthly volume, average ticket, card mix and dispute history all come off the statement.

Verticals we know well

Parking operations, car wash, home services and trades, and higher risk card-not-present accounts other processors turn away. If we are not the right home for your account, we will say that rather than board you and lose you in six months.
