Terms of Service
Last updated 24 September 2026.
These terms govern your use of feefighters.com and the services described on it. They are written to be read. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or the services.
Who you are dealing with
FeeFighters is a product of Phase 3 Business Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. “We” and “us” in these terms means Phase 3 Business Services LLC. The FeeFighters name, the ninja mark and the content on this site were acquired with the brand and are ours.
What we do, and what we are not
We do three things.
Fee audit. You send us a processing statement; we review it and tell you what you are paying, what we think you could pay, and why. The audit is free. The numbers we give you are estimates built from the statement you sent and from published interchange and network fee schedules. They are not a quote, and the savings we describe are not a promise. Your actual cost depends on the processor you choose, the agreement you sign with them, and how your business transacts.
Merchant account placement. If you ask us to, we introduce you to GAM Payments for a merchant account. GAM Payments is an affiliated company under common ownership with Phase 3 Business Services LLC, and we say so plainly because it is the reason we send you there. The account, its pricing, its underwriting and its terms are GAM Payments’ and its acquiring bank’s, set out in the merchant agreement you sign with them. FeeFighters does not open accounts, hold funds, settle transactions or decide who is approved.
Chargeback tool. We are building software that reads a dispute notice, tells you what evidence the card network expects for that reason code, and helps you draft a response. It is in development. When it is available, using it will be subject to these terms and to any additional terms shown when you sign up.
We also publish a free reference API of card network reason codes at
/api/v1/reason-codes. It is provided as-is for developers; see Reference API below.
We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a bank, a payment processor or a registered agent of any card network. Nothing on this site or in anything we send you is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Card network rules change several times a year; we try to keep up, and we will be wrong sometimes. Where a decision matters, confirm it with your processor, your acquirer or your own advisers.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee that a chargeback will be reversed, that a dispute will be won, that a fee audit will find savings, or that GAM Payments or any processor will approve you. Case studies on this site describe real results for specific merchants and are marked as such; they are not typical and they are not a forecast of yours.
Where artificial intelligence is involved
Parts of the fee audit and the chargeback tool use AI models to read documents and draft text, as described in our privacy policy. Anything drafted by a model is a draft. You review it, you decide whether to use it, and you are responsible for what you submit to your processor or a card network under your name. We check that drafts cite only evidence you actually provided, but we cannot verify that your evidence is accurate or complete; that is yours to know.
Who may use this
You must be at least 18 and using the site on behalf of a business. The services are for merchants and the people who work for them, not for cardholders disputing their own charges.
What you send us
You keep ownership of everything you upload: statements, dispute notices, receipts, correspondence. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service you asked for, including sending it to the providers named in the privacy policy. You confirm that you have the right to share it with us, and that you will redact bank account and routing numbers from statements and will not deliberately upload full card numbers. We strip anything that looks like a card number to its last four digits, but do not rely on that as your only control.
What you may not do
Do not use the site or the services to submit dispute responses you know to be false, to fabricate evidence, or to fight chargebacks for transactions you did not actually complete. Do not probe, scrape or overload the site, the forms or the API; do not attempt to access anyone else’s data; do not resell the reference API as your own. We may refuse or end service to anyone who does these things.
Reference API
The reason-code API is free and offered without warranty. It may change, rate-limit or go away without notice. Data comes from published card network documentation and our own reading of it; verify against the network’s current rules before relying on it in a filing. If you build on it, a link back to feefighters.com is appreciated but not required.
Our content
The text, images, case studies and blog archive on this site are copyright Phase 3 Business Services LLC or used with permission. You may read, quote with attribution and link freely. You may not republish substantial portions, strip the branding, or present the content as your own. The FeeFighters name and the ninja mark are trademarks of Phase 3 Business Services LLC.
Third parties
The site links to processors, card networks, government sites and tools we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices are theirs. Fonts, analytics and advertising tags load from Google, Meta and Cloudflare, as disclosed in the privacy policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site, the audit, the referral, the API and the chargeback tool are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any output will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phase 3 Business Services LLC and its members, managers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost chargebacks, network fines, account terminations or reserve holds, arising from your use of the site or the services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations; where that applies, ours is limited to the extent the law permits.
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you submitted, a dispute response you filed, or your breach of these terms, you agree to defend us and cover the resulting costs and damages.
Ending things
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete what we hold; the privacy policy says how. We may suspend or end service to you if you breach these terms or if we stop offering a service. The sections on content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us first will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
Changes
We will change these terms when the services change. The date at the top is the date of the current version; earlier versions are available on request. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
